A medium-weight kids coat cut from from vintage strip-weave cotton from the Yoruba people of Nigeria. This cloth, called Aso Oke, features orange stripes and diagonal zig-zag floating threads. Long sleeves and two front pockets.
Designed to be worn with ease, this garment combines the style of a traditional French painter's coat and a Japanese haori (a traditional hip length kimono-like jacket that is worn open).
